You will<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>notice on the right-hand side that you now see the amount you will be paying in the<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>currency selected. Select Next.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Select the checkbox if you would like to receive the payment instructions via email.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Complete other fields as listed if the payer is not the student then select Next.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Review the conditions and select the checkbox, then select Submit.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>NOTE: You may need to temporarily allow pop-ups on your computer in order to view <\/strong><strong>the payment instructions.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Print your payment instructions and make the payment. For most countries this will be <\/strong><strong>by wire at your bank.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Instruct your bank to wire transfer funds to the Western Union bank account indicated <\/strong><strong>on your payment instructions.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The reference number on the payment instructions is very important. It must be<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>included on your payment in order for the funds to be correctly and promptly applied <\/strong><strong>to your student fee account. A reference number should not be used more than once. If <\/strong><strong>you are making a second payment, or have a quote that has expired, please go through <\/strong><strong>Steps 1-3 again to get new payments instructions with a new reference number.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The payment must be sent within 72 hours of the quote or Western Union shall use the <\/strong><strong>current exchange rate to convert the currency. The expiry of the quote is indicated on <\/strong><strong>the bottom of the payment instructions that you have printed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>While the transfer is in progress, your account will continue to show the outstanding <\/strong><strong>amount.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Conestoga College will post the Canadian dollar equivalent to your student account,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>generally two to five days after your local bank initiates payment.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>* If your local currency is not an option available in the system, you will need to choose another <\/strong><strong>currency on the list to arrange your payment, or contact Western Union for more information. <\/strong><strong>The subject line should read \u2018Western Union payment issue&#8217;.
