Student’s formal passport size image (JPEG files that do not exceed 2MB. The photo should be of the ‘standard’ passport size of 35 x 45 mm.)

Final qualification – Graduation certificate (for MBA);
12th passing certificate (for Bachelor)
Educational documents (as applicable) – Mark sheets for each semester/year for Bachelors, Diploma certificate, Mark sheets for each semester/year for Diploma, 12th passing certificate, Mark sheet for 12th exam, 10th passing certificate, Mark sheet for 10th exam
IELTS certificate, proficiency of 6.0 and above, with speaking no less than 6.0, and all other bands 5.5
Other documents, in the order, specified – Motivation letter ( a one-pager giving out a brief introduction about the student, the motivation behind choosing the course, reasons why the student has chosen to apply to the chosen program, what the student expects to gain from the studies, reasons why his/her educational and professional background make the student a suitable candidate, and how the program will help the student to achieve his/her goals),

Citizens of non-EU countries can invite their closest relatives (parents, siblings, husband/wife, children) to Latvia if they have completed their immigration procedures and have a Temporary Residence Permit (TRP Card).
Apply for Visa at the Immigration Office in Riga – Latvia.
The application has to be in Latvian. To invite family, it is the duty of the EU TRP holder to declare a place of residence by the provisions of the Declaration of Place of Residence Law and have their name in the Population Register. Registration Fee € 155.00 (includes AIC processing charges. This is a non-refundable, non-transferable charge.)
Application fee for each course: € 100.00 (This is a one-time, non-refundable fee)
Refundable security deposit: € 500.00, one time (to be paid in full along with the tuition fee for the first year, refunded upon request after graduation.)
Service Charge (We only charge this once the visa is granted, and includes pre-departure and post-arrival facilities, pick up from the airport (to be advised 48 hours before departure), assistance in arranging accommodation, assistance towards the processing of TRP, facilitation at VFS, 02 days optional preparatory classesfor Embassy interview)
