We would like to bring attention to the refund, withdrawals, and rejections policy of Canadian colleges/universities.

Please read the below important points to Study in Canada.

• The student didn’t register for online classes.

Students can request deferring as per college policy before the given deadline by respective colleges/Universities.

• Student Registered & Started Online Classes.

Defer: The student is registered for online classes

or

Started the online study and now wants to defer…

• • In this case, the student will not be eligible for deferring, or
  • If a student wants to defer, the college/university will not refund the 1st-semester fees and the student has to deregister from the courses then only defer will be possible.

Withdrawal: Student is registered for online classes

or

started the online study and now wants to withdraw for any personal reasons…

• • Students can request for withdrawal before the deadline and in this case, students will be eligible for a refund as per college policies. (Majority full refund will be received after deduction on small administrative charges).
  • If a student request Withdrawal after the deadline, depending on the course length he studied college will deduct the fees and process the refund. (Such deduction may vary from college to college and will be between the range of CAD $1750 to 1st-semester entire fees).

Visa Rejection: Student is registered for online classes

or

started the online study and got visa rejection…

• • If a student got rejection before the deadline he/she will be eligible for a full refund after deduction of small administrative charges.
  • If no deadline was given by the college/university, the student will be eligible for a full refund in case of rejection before the end of 1^st semester.
