(2) 12th English should be 60% and above. (3) Letter of Intent (SOP), stating your background, interest, and goals for taking the Early Childhood Education and Care Program. (4) Transcripts and graduation certificate of high school. (5) Two current Letters of Reference (must be written and dated within the last year, not from relatives). (6) A current certificate of good health from your doctor signed and dated within the past year. You must use NLCs heath certificate form.
