Important Remarks

After Submission of online application and require documents student will receive login details of their My Humber portal in their email Id. They can check their application status through the My Humber. Once student receive offer letter from Humber, they need to Confirm offer letter through My Humber portal before the deadline mention in the 1st Page of Offer letter. Failure to do so may lose seat in the program. Students are also require to pay tuition fees before the tuition fees deadline mentioned in the offer letter. Failure to do so may lose seat in the program. In case if student has paid fees and forgot to confirm the offer letter they will lose their seat and in such case they will have to defer their admission to the next intake and will have to bear $500 defer request fees.

HUMBER REQUIREMENTS

Diplomas and Advanced Diplomas and Degrees:

70% or higher on all required subjects and an overall average of 70% or higher in 12th. 10th scores do not matter. If a student does not have 3 or more subjects with 70% or higher they should not apply. We can substitute ACCOUNTS for MATH for business programs, but not for health, engineering or IT programs. *ALL MECHANICAL ENGINEERING PROGRAMS REQUIRE AN 81% IN MATH.

Post-Graduate Certificates

1st class graduation (60% or higher) Backlog summaries (even if a student has none) must always be submitted. Applications without will be outright rejected. Humber allows no more than 2 backlogs for 3 year bachelor degrees and no more than 4 backlogs for 4 year  degrees. *PROJECT MANAGEMENT/GLOBAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT REQUIRE 68%+ TO BE CONSIDERED. *PHYSIOTHERAPY STUDENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR EXERCISE SCIENCE AND LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT. All programs require IELTS submitted at the time of application. Humber is NOT flexible about IELTS requirements.

FEES INFORMATION

Payments may be made  online at srs.humber.ca using your Visa or MasterCard, online through your financial institution (using your Humber Student Number as your Account Number), by phone 416 675-5000, by wire transfer 
(with student name and Humber Student Number clearly indicated) or by mail. When paying with a certified cheque
or money order, please make it payable to Humber College, and indicate your Humber Student Number.

  •  Fees Due Dates are specified on your offer letter. You must pay both the deposit and the remaining tuition by the due dates or you will lose your seat in the program.
  • Payment is compulsory on or before the Fees Due Dates. Fees payment after the specified due dates will only be accepted if space is still available in the program. A $75.00 Late Payment Charge will apply if the fees are accepted. It is non-refundable.
  •  If a student wishes to take additional credits, add a course that was dropping or taken previously to take remedial courses, additional tuition fees to pay.
  • Payments made will be applied to any outstanding balance first. All fees including outstanding balances must be paid before registration in courses is permitted. Unpaid fees may jeopardize your place in the program.
  •  Humber collects mandatory non-tuition fees, for more information please visit website.
  •  Fees for the academic year may be split into semester specific payments with the exception of health insurance.
  •  Health insurance fees are mandatory and cannot be split. They are paid as part of the first semester fee each year and are non-refundable after the 10th day of class.
  • Health Insurance:
    Health insurance fee processing will also be changing along with the length of health insurance coverage. health insurance will now be charged in full in the first term. Students will be covered from their term start: September 1, January 1, or May 1 through until August 31st of their school year. This coverage will remain in place while the students are in Ontario. If they leave the country or the province, their insurance will be suspended during that time. Health insurance will be $575 for students beginning school in September, $450 for students beginning school in January, and $225 for students beginning school in May. This fee will never be refundable after the 10th day of class (last day to request a refund) as health insurance will have been purchased for a student. Please note that health insurance for EAP students will not be changing. EAP students will continue to be covered on an 8 week EAP per level basis. 

Humber International Graduate School Housing Options (New Campus):-

Humber does not recommend any particular homestay provider and is unable to review the host families and their homes. Students should do their own evaluation of each homestay provider.

The prices and conditions are not part of Humber College’s tuition and should be negotiated directly by the student with
 the homestay provider. Rental Accommodation :- Places4Students.com is an off-campus housing listings resource to find a roommate or a place to live. Their service is free for students and they provide live student support.

Note:

In case of Visa refusal and/or withdrawal, student must have to bear difference amount while getting refund money from college due to dollar rate fluctuation. It will be approximately Rs. 50,000/- to 60,000/-.
