- IELTS Test Score (If Applicable) / MOI required for throughout English medium student
- Statement of purpose – SOP
- If any gap after completing education then required providing an Experience letter+ 6months salary slip + Form 16 + IT return if filing + Bonafide letter from employer
- Resume /CV
- Birth certificate (Apostle in English)
- Marriage Certificate (If Applicable)
- Applicant: Aadhaar card + Pan card
- Same name affidavit-(If require)
- If the applicant previously rejected from any country provided (Offer later + visa rejection later)
- If the applicant has any Travel history for any country provide details

- Blocked Air Ticket
Parents Income
- T. return of last 2 years + form 16(If Working)
- If having Business than last 2 years I.T. return + Balance sheet and Profit & Loss A/c
- If having Agriculture income then need an Income Certificate from the Mamlatdar office + Bills of Crops +7/12 & 8/A (Agriculture form)

- Pf/PPF/GPF Statement with withdrawal certificate

For French Government scholarship holder
- Attestation certifying the amount
- Also duration of the scholarship
- Covering letter mentioning
- the purpose of the trip, duration, sponsors, motivation
- Curriculum Vitae
- Original + Copy of latest degree / diploma
- Expenses Statement also Proof of financial means
- Updated bank statement(s) with sufficient funds, loan.
- At least 615€/month (around 45 000 rupees) is a must or else
- 300€/month in case of free accommodation.
For each sponsor proof
- Covering letter
- mentioning social situation as well as financial elements
- ID proof
- Last 3 months Bank statement/ pay slips also proof of a professional situation
- Past 3 years ITR
- Accommodation proof for at least the first 3 months
If accommodation Is without any charge
- Undertaking by the person to accommodate the applicant without any charge

For Long Stay Visa
- Campus France letter with registration number
- Travel insurance for the first three months (30,000 euros with 1-year validity)
- Air ticket booking
- Copy of US, UK and Schengen Visas if issued in the past 5 years
- including immigration seals
PROCEDURE
To apply for a long-stay student visa, you must follow the step-by-step procedure explained here below.
STEP 1: Online Registration
- Create an account at india.campusfrance.org
- Fill out the Campus France form (academic records, language skills, CV+SOP, etc.).
- Submit your file online.
- Campus France will review your file and give you an appointment date.
- Pay Campus France fees (For payment information, contact Campus France):
STEP 2: The Academic Interview
- You will be required to appear in person, with all necessary documents (originals + one set of photocopies), for the academic interview with the Campus France advisor.
- At the interview, you will be asked to explain your reasons for choosing France and the institution to which you have been granted admission.
STEP 3: Online visa application and scheduling of an appointment with VFS – France
- After the academic interview, complete your application on our online portal:
- You will be asked to create a France-Visas account, which you will need for each step of the process.
- We will schedule an appointment with VFS-France, to submit your documents (photocopies) and passport (original).
- All visa applicants have to go in person to any of the listed VFS centers to register their biometric data.
STEP 4: Validate your Long-stay Visa/residence permit (VLS-TS)
- Within the first three months following your arrival, you must register and validate your visa here:
- This quick and simple process will ensure that you are registered as a legal resident in France.
STEP 5: Apply for your residence permit
- If you want to stay in France at the end of the validity period of your VLS-TS, you must apply for a residence permit at the prefecture of your place of residence two months prior to the expiry date of your visa.
