Bow Valley Application Guidelines

Important Note:
• Submit online Application through APAS (APAS International Student Guide)
• All students must sign on the Consent to Release Information Form.
• Processing Time for Offer Letter is 3-5 weeks.
• To confirm the admission applicant must have to pay the fees within the deadline mentioned in the offer letter.
• Student has to pay CAD 1,500 confirmation fees to confirm the seat in the program within the deadline mention in conditional offer issue Date to get Unconditional LOA.
When taking courses at Bow Valley College, you are assigned a MyBVC username at the time your registration is accepted.

Important Remarks :

After submission of the online application student will receive conditional acceptance with the condition to pay $1500 seat confirmation fees. 

 The student will receive final acceptance from Bow Valley after paying $1500 /1st-semester tuition fees.  This amount can be used for visa filling.

Post-Graduation Work Permit :
Students who graduate from a full-time Bow Valley College program (degrees, applied degrees, diplomas, and some certificates) that is a minimum of 8 months long are eligible to apply for a post-graduation work permit.

New Admission Policy (Effective from 21.04.2020):

Secondary Education:

– A scanned PDF copy of the final examination certificate issued by the board. We require an examination certificate for grade conversion

Post-Secondary:
– ACCEPTABLE – A scanned PDF copy of transcript / awarded degree certificate issued by the university authorized to issue the credential. NO sealed envelope from the university, for SEPT20, JAN21, and MAY 21.
– NOT ACCEPTABLE – college scanned copies (unless autonomous).
– Conditional LOA – only the scanned copies of the transcript are required, in an email.
– Final LOA – College will accept an email directly from the college or university with a copy of their transcripts – the college will accept as official, however, it MUST be sent from the institution and NOT the learners.
