1 or more degrees, diplomas, trade qualifications- 5

In order to gain 5 extra points, you must be accredited by National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI.) Furthermore, Hindi, Bangla, Tamil, Punjabi, Urdu, French and Spanish are among a comprehensive list of community languages spoken in Australia.

5 points for the completion of a professional year in the four years before being invited to apply in Australia, excluding working holidays.
