History of APAC
Firstly, APAC is an independent tertiary institute offering quality education. It provides a path to a career in the field of performing arts- acting, screen production and song & dance. Initially, it began providing outstanding performing arts education in 1993 as the Australian Stage Combat School (ASCS.) Later, it evolved into the Actors Conservatory.
Upon expansion, it has now been renamed as Australia Performing Arts Conservatory (APAC.) Not only does it have a rich history of 27 years to boast about, but it also has produced proficient graduates. Presently, its graduated professionals have been successful across the theatre, film and television industries.

Key Highlights-
- Primarily, APAC offers Performing Arts Courses at UG Level
- Three major specializations including the Bachelor of Screen & Stage (Acting/ Screen Production/ Song & Dance)
- 2 years Bachelor programs (tri-semester courses)
- Academically, the student should’ve completed Australian 12 or equivalent.
- In addition to the above, one should have cleared an audition (for song & dance and acting) and submitted a creative portfolio for screen production
- Overall, 60% in 10+2 or 10+3 (No specialization or specific stream requirement)
- Affordable fees- Annual fees of around AUD 35,000
- 30% scholarship offered to eligible students
- Above all, students shall be allowed to travel with payment of one semester’s tuition fees
- The Performing Arts field is a booming industry
- Students might be eligible for a 3 years post-study work
- Available Intake- May/ September 2023, January 2024
- Language requirements- 6.0 bands overall, each module at least 5.5 bands
