    • Role:

We are looking for a qualified, organized, passionate, and committed Person. The Applicant must be personable with excellent skills. He is responsible for improving business strategies, increasing the profitability of the company and ensuring the agents stay motivated.

    • Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with overseas education consultants / Counsellor 
  • Hold presentations, seminars and spot evaluation sessions.
  •  Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities
  •  Speak effectively and maximize student recruitment to achieve goals.
  • Provide strategies on how to increase international student enrollment at the partner institutions based on research and market analysis
  • Engage and maintain communication with agents regularly
  • Mentor and guide agents to improve the quality and volume of international student enrollment
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years in the sales industry ( Fresher will be considered as Trainee )
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
