The temporary graduate visa (subclass 485) allows international students to live, study and work after they have finished their studies.

Eligibility Criteria

Passport
- It must be valid
- Notarized copy of all the 36 pages
- For the applicant and all family members
- Copy of Old passport (If applicable)
National Id card
- Aadhaar card as well as pan card
- Proof for parents’ names
Passport-size photographs
- 45 mm x 35 mm size
IELTS/PTE Test Result
- A user id and Password of the test

Australian Address Proof
Proof for family relationships
- Marriage certificate
- Divorce certificate or statutory declaration separation documents (if relevant)
- If you are living in a de facto relationship:
  - independent evidence that you have been in the relationship for at least 12 months
    - joint bank account statements
    - billing accounts in joint names or
    - joint ownership of major assets
- For adopted children:
  - - certified copies of the adoption papers (If dependent and also mentioned in the application)
