  • Project Management – Peterborough (PMG) PG 1 Year Bachelor degree requires(For Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Engineering International Studies, Technology and B.D.S students). (6.5 overall with one band allowable at 5.5)
  • Supply Chain Management – Global Logistics – Peterborough(SCL) PG 1 Year Degree requires in business, commerce or a related field. Applicants who do not meet the requirements listed above who possess a combination of education and relevant experience may be considered on an individual basis. (6.5 overall with one band allowable at 5.5)
  • Wireless Information Networking – Peterborough(WIN) PG 2 Years Bachelor degree requires in Computer Applications, Information Technology or Software Engineering, B.C.A, B.E.I, M.C.A. (6.5 overall with one band allowable at 5.5)
  • Environmental Visual Communication – (EVC) – Royal Ontario Museum PG 1 Year Bachelor degree requires in related field like Geography, Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Ecology, Zoology, Remote Sensing and Environmental Mapping, Land Use Planning, Urban Planning, Aquatic Resources, GIS and Mapping, Urban and Regional Planning. [Degrees for which the Program Coordinator will review the applicants credentials : Geology, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Technology Management, Water supply and drainage Degree, Water Management] [Below mentioned degrees that are not accepted for this program :Human/Medical Biology / Food Chemistry/Food Sciences]

  • Esthetician – Peterborough (ETS) Diploma 2 Years (3 Semester)Grade 12th English & Biology (B.D.S students can apply)
  • Social Service Worker -Peterborough (SW)Diploma 2 Years Grade 12th with English For Bachelor of Social Worker / Sociology /Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Education
  • Mental Health And Addiction Worker (Formerly Drug And Alcohol Counsellor) -Peterborough – (DA) Diploma 2 Years Grade 12th English
  • Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning – Peterborough(HVT) Diploma 2 Years(3 Semester) Grade 12th English & Math Require For Diploma & Bachelor Degree in Mechanical

 

CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS : IELTS 6.0 Bands Not Less Than 6.0 Bands Require.(Minimum 50% Or Above Req.)

  • Personal Support Worker -Peterborough (PWS) Certificate 1 Year For 12th English & Bio as well as Midwifery graduates. Not recommended for those with a degree in Nursing. (B.D.S students can apply)
  • Blasting Techniques – Lindsay (SBL) Certificate 1 Year Grade 12th English

 

Application Guidelines :

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

  • 10th & 12th grade mark sheet.
  • Graduation semester wise mark sheets with Provisional Degree certificate.
  • Backlog summery or a letter is mandatory.
  • IELTS score sheet/official copy of the test date confirmation
  • IELTS must be Academic and not General Training & Validity of IELTS is only 2 years.
  • Passport (address and the bio page).
  • Resume & experience letter with the last drawn pay slip (Mandatory) for students
    with an education gap.
  • For change of agent: Old offer letter with an Authorization letter signed by the student (NOTE: Once the tuition fees have been paid, the agent of record cannot be changed unless there is a visa denial).
  • All the above-mentioned request except new application request must sent only
    to admissionsindia@flemingcollege.ca.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

For a Post-Secondary program:

  • IELTS overall of 6.0 with no band less than 6.0 (except Pharmacy Technician which requires overall score of 6.5, with no band less than 6.0).
  • Student must have Aggregate of 50% in each core subjects and minimum 3 core subjects are mandatory.
  • Math requirement for selected programs is required with a minimum 50%.
  • Minimum required qualification is 10+2 / 10+3 years of education.
  • Not more than 2 years of study gap is accepted.
  • There should be a Correlation between the educational background and the program chosen.
  • No offer: Not more than 2 years of study gap will be considered for admission. If a student has done distance learning or education through open schooling and certificate program will not be considered for admission.
  • Students who did not complete their program in the prescribed period of time (i.e.
    taken additional years) are likely to be refused and hence we do not entertain such
    applications irrespective of the student’s grades.

For a Post-Graduate program:

  • IELTS overall score of 6.5 with no band less than 6.0 is required.
  • Aggregate of 50% or above in the last completed education [Minimum qualification required is 15 years (either 10+2+3 /10+2+4)].
  • In case of any failures, not more than 7 backlogs are accepted (irrespective of a 3 or 4-year program).
  • Study Gap: College will not accept a study gap of more than 5 years. Students with
    more than 1 year of study gap must account for a gap with relevant documents that
    may include a copy of work experience letter and last drawn pay slip (Mandatory). [Project Management (PMG), applicants with a study gap between 5-7 years who can show relevant work experience will be considered by the PMG program
    coordinator. A copy of work experience letter and last drawn pay slip (Mandatory).]
  • Program chosen should be value added and complimentary; correlation can be either with the academics. If no correlation, recommend any other related program
  • No offer: if the student is not able to account for a gap for More than 1 year after the completion of his regular education.
  • Students who did not complete their program in the prescribed period of time (i.e.
    taken additional years) are likely to be refused and hence we do not entertain such
    applications irrespective of the student’s grades/backlogs.
    Conditional Offer Criteria:
  •  For Conditional offer on Provisional degree / last semester transcript Students must poses 75 – 90 percentage in Bachelor’s/ Diploma.
  •  For Conditional offer on 12th Grade official marks card only for students with 70 – 80 score in core subject & overall.
  •  Conditional Offer on IELTS will be issued as usual on IELTS registration copy.

Important Remarks :

  • Offer letter issue process time 4-5 weeks. (Working Days)
  • Tuition fees of 1 Year must be paid within 30 days of offer issued date
  •  Wire Transfer details are clearly mentioned in attached separate wire transfer
    letter with Hard copy of offer letter.
  • When an offer is denied, please explain to the student the reason for denial.
  • Deposit fee: The deposit amount of $2300 CAD must be paid to confirm the offer.
  • To confirm registration, the equivalent of one semester’s fee must be received by
    the ‘Deadline Date for Payment’.
  • Fees must be received at the college by the deposit and payment due dates in
    order to ensure offer is not revoked (please allow 3-10 business days for banking
    system to send wire transfers, depending on the banking institution).
  •  Arrival to the college: Students arriving after the “Offer Expiry Date” listed on the
    LOA must request an extension approval via email.
  • When you are transferring funds through TT/ Wire Transfer. Please mention
    student’s full name, Date of Birth and Student’s College ID 
  • Up to 5 years study gap to be evaluated based on 50% score in last education
  • Study gap of above 5 years up to 10 years to be evaluated based on 60% score in last
    education
  • IELTS requirement of 6 overall for diploma and 6.5 overall for PG with one band allowable at 5.5; preference given to SDS applications
  • Up to 10 backlogs excluding reattempts for 4 years degree & including reattempts for 3 year degree.
  • Applicants with extra year/s taken to complete the graduation can be considered if score is 60% and above.
  • Applicants with education gap or excess year taken to complete education due to medical reasons to be considered with supporting documents.
  • 12th / Plus 2 applicants with extra year to complete education will be accepted

Admission criteria for programs for all other schools will remain as is until further notice :
